1. Dynamic Process Adaptation

  • Skid-mounted modular design, and the skid is pre-engineered with foundation and piping interfaces for one additional identical liquid ring compressor, for future capacity increases;

  • VFD control stabilizes vacuum at -45±2 kPa despite inlet fluctuations (-50~-30 kPa).

2. Water-Scarce Operating Condition 

  • Closed-loop cooling: 30 kW chiller + plate heat exchanger maintains working fluid at 25±2°C;

  • 1,000L buffer tank and automatic make-up valve supports 72-hour runtime without external water.

3. High-Sulfur Corrosion Defense

  • S31603 stainless steel impellers/pump body/seal rings (pitting resistance equivalent ≥32);

  • Silver-plated bolts and nuts (HV300 hardness) resist sulfide stress cracking;

  • Real-time H₂S monitoring (0~10,000 ppm ±1% accuracy) with <19.5% O₂ shutdown.

4. Climate Resilience

  • Shelter (30° sloped roof) prevents flooding in 1,200 mm/year rainfall;

  • Cabinet heaters + condensate drains ensure PLC stable operation at 90% humidity.
