3.Offline Cleaning Disruptions

  • Solid particle buildup required pump disassembly and cleaning every 72 hours. Each 4-hour shutdown caused 3,200-ton annual production loss (over ¥5 million direct cost).

4.Costly Transnational Repairs

  • Parts shipment from Europe took 6~8 weeks on average. Single repair costs hit ¥82,000, with additional ¥230,000 for rental equipment during downtime.
