Critical innovations validated include: an optimized higher-order continuous-contact Roots rotor profile developed via numerical simulation, elevating pumping speed by 15~20% while reducing vibration/noise; a proprietary flexible-seal valve balancing mechanism ensuring contamination-free vacuum environments; and a conical-seated overflow valve with self-centering capability enabling jam-proof operation under 75 dBA.
